Microsoft Wireless Zero Config (WZC) Utility
To start the Wireless Zero Config utility, click on the icon in the system tray.
If the icon is not present in the system tray, the Wireless Zero Config utility must be enabled, as
described below.
Please refer to the “PEAP” or “EAP-TLS” sections later in this chapter for details on completing
the WZC utility screens.
Enabling / Disabling the WZC Utility
To change the status of the WZC utility, Click Start | Run and browse to \Flash\Voxware. Click
on the WZCCTL.EXE file, then click OK to run.

Select the option desired:
• Enabled – This option must be selected to use either PEAP or EAP-TLS encryption.
When this option is used, the Cisco profile must be set to <External Settings>, see
“Cisco ACU and the WZC Utility” earlier in this chapter.
• Disabled – This option must be selected to use no security, WEP, LEAP and LEAP
(WPA). Use the Cisco ACU to configure security.
