1.5 Entering Voyage-Related Data
There are six items on the NAV STATUS menu that you will need to enter at
the start of a voyage.
Navigation status Cargo type Arrival time
Destination No. of persons Draught
1. Press the NAV STATUS key to open the NAV STATUS menu.
2. If your navigation status is different from that shown, follow the procedure
below. If it is the same as shown, go to step 3.
a) Press the ENT key.
b) Press or to select appropriate status then press the ENT key. Refer to
the data below to select appropriate nav status.
00: UNDER WAY USING ENGINE
01: AT ANCHOR
02: NOT UNDER COMMAND
03: RESTRICTED MANEUVERABILITY
04: CONSTRAINED BY HER DRAUGHT
05: MOORED
06: AGROUND
07: ENGAGED IN FISHING
08: UNDER WAY SAILING
09: RESERVED FOR HIGH SPEED CRAFT (HSC)*

10: RESERVED FOR WING IN GROUND (WIG)*
