CANNOT PING GL-1010 DEVICE
Problem Description
If you try and “Ping” the GL-1010 device and it does not respond,
there is a problem either with the network configuration or
GL-1010 operation. The following checklist helps you identify
the source of the error and then directs to you where you can find
more information about resolving it. If the problem persists after
you have followed all of the steps, contact your Toshiba
authorized dealer for further assistance.

port being used by the GL-1010
device and integrity of the
network cable, hub, or switch that
connects the GL-1010 to the
network.
