Logging on to the administrator interface

3 Type your password in the Password field.
4 If authorization is accepted, Perceive opens on the Build Views tab, and makes the
Administration tab available.
5 Click the Administration tab.
6 If you want to begin on the Getting Started page, click the Home icon.
The Administrator Logon page is shown in Figure 51.

To log off, click
Logoff. (When you are logged on, the Administrator link becomes
Logoff.)
The administrator’s view is broken into two panes:
■ The scope pane (left side of display), which displays view categories, views within
those categories, and a
Home icon.
■ The results pane (right side of display), which displays the resultant view based on
the view parameters selected.
NOTE
Administrator name and password are configured during the installation process. For more
information, refer to Chapter 1, “Installing Perceive.”
