Memory Regions
The memory module supports from 16 MB to 1 GB of ECC memory by
using fast page mode (FPM) or extended data out (EDO) 64 Mbit DRAMs
mounted on JEDEC 3.3 V 60 ns DIMMs.
DOS Compatibility Region
The DOS compatibility region covers 1 MB of memory from addresses
0000_0000h to 000F_FFFFh.
