Is torque control
exercised?
Is the torque
command input?
Have you set the
speed restriction?
Is an external
command used
for speed restriction?
Is an analog
input used?
Apply a voltage to the
analog input terminals
(across 3-5).
Enter the speed
restriction value from the
PU or set the parameters
(Pr. 805 to Pr. 807).
Apply a voltage to the
analog input terminals
(*across 2-5).
Also, to calibrate the
No. 2 terminal, adjust
the bias and gain of
the analog voltage using
Pr. 902 and Pr. 903.
*No. 1 terminal depending
on the setting of Pr. 73,
Pr. 868 or Pr. 805
Turn on the multiple
speed (*RH, RM, RL,
REX).
*The terminal functions
vary with input terminal
assignment (Pr. 180 to
Pr. 183, Pr. 187).
Is a pulse input?
Have you checked
the data of speed
control 1?
Is the position
command given?
What is used to
give the position
command?
Is the servo-on signal (LX
signal) on for position control
(pulse train, parameter)?
Is the load small?
The possible cause
is a motor fault.
Turn on forward rotation
command (STF) or reverse
rotation command (STR).
Turn on servo-on (LX signal).
The load is excessive,
resulting in a motor
lock status.
Lighten the load or
increase the motor and
inverter capacities.
Check the position
control signal.
Check the cable
connection.
Has the position
command been
input to the parameter?
Set the position
command
(Pr. 465 to Pr. 494).
Pulse train Parameter
Set "20" (V/F control) in Pr. 800 and
operate in V/F control.
(For trouble shooting in V/F control,
(Setting from PU or parameter)

refer to page 85.)
