To assign a name to an extension:
1.
Press [

Enter the number of the extension to be programmed. For example, to
program extension 12, press [

Intercom ]. For extension 12, a display similar to the following appears:

If a name was assigned previously to this extension, that name displays
instead.
4. Enter the two-digit code for each character you want to enter. (See Table 5-1
for codes.) For example, to enter the name Andy, press [

If you make a mistake, you can press [
Mic/HFAI ] to clear the display. Repeat
Step 4 to enter the correct name.
