Misoperation prevention and parameter
setting restriction
4.18.2 Parameter write selection (Pr. 77)
(1) Write parameters only at a stop (setting "0", initial value)
Parameters can be written only during a stop in the PU operation mode.
The parameters marked in the parameter list (page 64) can always be written, regardless of the operation
mode and operating status. However, Pr. 72 PWM frequency selection and Pr. 240 Soft-PWM operation selection can be
written during operation in the PU operation mode, but cannot be written in External operation mode.
You can select whether write to various parameters can be performed or not. Use this function to prevent
parameter values from being rewritten by misoperation.

This parameter allows its setting to be changed during operation in any operation mode even if "0 (initial value) or 1" is set in Pr. 77 Parameter write
selection.
(2) Disable parameter write (setting "1")
Parameter write is not enabled. (Reading is
enabled.)
Parameter clear and all parameter clear cannot
be performed, either.
The parameters given on the right can be
written if Pr. 77 = "1".
