Setting up or changing the following calling
group features or settings:
Set up call distribution (hunt type)
Assign delay announcement extension(s).
Control the number of calls that can be
waiting before subsequent calls receive a
busy signal (Release 6.0 and later
systems).
Assign operator or group to cover calls for
group when too many calls are waiting,
when callers have waited too long and/or
when the caller requests (Release 6.0 and
later systems).
Allow callers to respond to a delay
announcement prompt in order to leave
the calling group queue and have their
call handled by an operator or group who
covers for the calling group (Release 6.0
and later systems).
Assign operator or group to cover calls for
group.
Specify when a group has too many
waiting calls.
Specify when the group supervisor and/or
members are notified that too many calls
are waiting or that callers have waited too
long.
Assign an external alert to warn
supervisor and/or members when too
many calls are waiting.
