4.2.25 Acceleration/deceleration curve selection
You can set different patterns of motor acceleration and
deceleration according to the type of system to be driven by the
inverter.
Use functions "A097" and "A098" to select acceleration and
deceleration patterns, respectively.
You can individually set an acceleration pattern for acceleration and a deceleration pattern for
deceleration.
When the acceleration/deceleration pattern is set other than 00 (linear) using analog input as frequency
source is to be avoided because it prolongs the acceleration or deceleration time.

until its speed reaches

frequency.
This pattern is
effective for preventing
the collapse of cargo
carried by a lift or
conveyor driven by the
inverter.
This pattern is effective for the tension control
on a winding machine driven by the inverter (to
prevent cutting of the object to be wound).
This pattern is similar
to the S-curve pattern
for the shockless
starting and stopping
of the motor, except
that the middle
section of this pattern
is linear.
