f1: When servo driver power is turned ON
f2: When CNC power supply is turned ON (emergency stop ON)
f3: During normal operation (servo ON)
f4: During axis removal (ready ON, servo OFF)
(Note) Note that warning "93" could occur even when the axis is reinstalled after removal.
