This chapter describes the connection between remote I/O unit and machine control signals.
6.1 Outline of Remote I/O Unit
The following ten types of remote I/O units (FCUA-DX ) are available, depending on the type of
input/output signal and No.of contacts. Use serial link connections (MC link B) to connect the unit with
the control unit or the communication terminal.
When the remote I/O unit is connected with serial links, multiple units can be used as long as the total
