Requirements
Figure 9-11 shows the connections for the queue warning indicator. An AC
indicator (lamp) such as a 21C49 is optional for use as a queue warning
indication in a Uniform Call Distribution (UCD)/Direct Departmental Calling
(DDC) queue. The lamp is connected to an information outlet. The switch side of
the cross-connect field is connected to an analog line circuit pack (such as a
TN2183) located in a port carrier.
