Test Integrated Announcement
Description
The TN750 Announcement circuit pack provides the ability to store messages.
The messages can be recorded from telephones on- or off-premises and have
flexible message lengths.
The telephone selected as the test telephone must have a class of service (COS)
with console permission enabled.
Procedure — Record Announcement
1. Select test telephone with console permission enabled.
2. Dial access code followed by the integrated announcement extension
number. Dial Tone is heard.
3. Dial “1.” A short burst of tone is heard and recording begins.
4. Speak the announcement into the telephone.
5. When you have finished recording the announcement, dial “#” or hang up.
Recording stops and dial tone is heard.
Procedure — Playback Announcement
1. Dial access code followed by the integrated announcement extension
number. Dial Tone is heard.
2. Dial “2.” The announcement is heard and dial tone is heard at completion
of announcement.
Procedure —Delete Announcement
1. Dial access code followed by the integrated announcement extension
number. Dial Tone is heard.
2. Dial “3.” A confirmation tone is heard and announcement is deleted.
