Install Ground Plates on Systems with
Earthquake Protection
Refer to Appendix B for earthquake protection procedures.
Install Ground Plates on Systems without
Earthquake Protection
A ground plate is required to connect each cabinet together (see the following
figures). To install the ground plate, complete the following steps:
1. At the back of the cabinets, replace the upper and lower panels (allowing
the screws labelled with callout 4 to remain loose). See Figure 4-21.
