ACK (Positive Acknowledgement) Parameters

Denial (NAK) Causes
The ECS issues the following reason as the cause for not invoking the requested
feature:
■ ACD agent logout

— Reason codes

■ ACD agent change of work mode
— ACD split extension

After call work,

(only if changing to Auxiliary Work and the
System-Parameters feature field, AUX Work Reason
Codes is either “forced” or “requested.”)
■ Activate Call Forwarding
— Forwarding extension

■ Cancel Call Forwarding

■ Activate Send All Calls
— Extension (Activates SAC at this number)
■ Cancel Send All Calls (SAC)
— Extension (Deactivates SAC at this number)
