Editing a Component’s Symbol

To add a pin to a symbol:
1. Click on the desired pin type in the
Place Pin Toolbar.
2. Click on the workspace where you want the pin to appear.
Note Pins cannot be placed on top of each other or on corners of the boundary box. If you
attempt to do so, the cursor switches to a circle with a line through it, indicating that
the action is prohibited.
You can edit a pin’s properties in the
Pins tab of the Spreadsheet View. For details, see “ Pins
Tab” on page 8-17.
