departingfromanairportandwhenthefollowingconditionsaremet:
•Heightabovetheterrainislessthan700feet
•Distancefromthedepartureairportis5nmorless
•Headingchangefromthedepartureheadingislessthan110degrees
•Landinggearorapsareconguredfortakeoff
