Starting a new Server log
Choosing Device Monitor > Start new Server log creates a new Strata CS Server
log file. Perform this option only under the direction of your Strata CS provider.
Using the Call Log _____________________________________
The Call Log view displays a record of the calls placed and received on the
system. Each call appears as a row in the view. You can use the Call Log view to
analyze system usage patterns, and you can export Call Log records to generate
traffic analysis reports.
To use the Call Log view, click its button in the view bar.
The following table shows the information that is displayed for each call.
Column Description
Inbound call.
Outbound call.
